The team

CoroScience is led by Professor Evald Høj Christiansen and run by Emil Nielsen Holck and Lene Andreasen, renowned MD PhDs within the field of interventional cardiology. The team is highly interdisciplinary and includes Data scientists, nurses, biostatisticians, data managers, secretaries and obviously MD students who pave the way for the future.

Our mission

Our mission to improve patient care was founded in the early 2000’s in the Nordic-Baltic collaboration on improving bifurcation stenting techniques. From these early experiences we transformed into a high performance research team with focus on comparing PCI and CABG treatment, and improving stent techniques with intravascular imaging.
